Making A Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards though a 2% surcharge does apply for credit card payments. No extra charges are incurred for payment by bank transfer or debit card.
Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Delivery Rates:
Delivery rates may vary between locations and territories. Larger weight orders (over 10kg) may incur additional charges, e-digital will contact customers to confirm if additional shipping charges are applicable. For more information on delivery charges click here.
Delivery Schedule:
We make every effort to ensure that your order is shipped within 24 hours. Availability for every item we stock is usually displayed on our website. When an item is not available for shipping within 24 hours, we will ensure that it is shipped the same day that it has arrived at our main warehouse.
Should any potential delivery problems arise, we will make contact with you immediately either by phone or by email.
Back Orders :
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges:
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy:
Cancellation - If you wish to cancel your order, please contact e-digital. If goods have been dispatched please follow refunds procedure below.
Refunds - All items incorrectly supplied will be replaced/refunded upon customer request. Items correctly supplied and returned because of non customer satisfaction will incur a restocking fee, also the refund will incur a 1.5% bank charge, and the amount will be refunded.
